What is the difference between Master Stylists and Stylists?

Our Master Stylists have more years of experience in the beauty industry! While our Stylists still provide amazing services, their prices are discounted as they are still gaining experience.

Why do your hair cuts include blow-drys?

Finishing off a hair cut service with a blow-dry allows our stylists to be as thorough as possible. The haircut is finished with custom dry cutting specific to the client’s needs!

Why do you require consults for hair extensions?

There are many different types of hair! During your consultation your stylist will color match your hair as well as discussing your wants and needs from hair extensions. PARLR custom orders your extensions just for you! Pricing is custom and is dependent upon the color, length, size and how much hair is needed to give you the hair of your dreams. These consultations are complimentary!

What type of hair extensions does PARLR provide?

Hairtalk Tape-In Hair extensions is the brand of extensions used at our salon! We believe tape-in hair extensions are the least damaging, easiest to maintain and the highest quality hair!

Can't come in for a color consultation?

We totally understand our clients come from near and far! Busy schedule? Feel free to send us photos via email at with detailed photos of your current hairstyle and inspiration photos as well!

Do you accept gratuity on credit cards?

Unfortunately, we do not accept gratuity on a credit card. Cash and checks only please! For your convenience, we have an ATM inside of our beautiful space.

What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we kindly ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If we are not notified within 24 hours, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service.

What is your return policy on beauty and salon products?

Please feel free to return/exchange any products within two (2) weeks of the purchase date. The box must be UNOPENED and UNUSED. After two (2) weeks, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

What type of color do you use?

We use Goldwell and Shades EQ by Redken & Wella!

What skincare lines do you carry and use in the treatment room?

We use Skinceuticals and Cosmedix.

Does PARLR travel for event services?

Unfortunately, PARLR no longer travels offsite for event beauty services! We do, however, offer in house hair and makeup applications.

I have sensitive skin, can I receive a Hydrafacial?

Yes, absolutely! Hydrafacials are safe for all skin types and skin tones. Please note: you cannot receive a Hydrafacial if you are pregnant or nursing.

Is PARLR handicap accessible?

Yes! We have an elevator that brings you directly into our beautiful 11,000 square foot space!
